TESTIMONIALS & REVIEWS
Went for the trip on the 8th Aug, picked up by chief explore Beck and straight off, we (me, wife and daughter) found her to be extremely friendly and approachable. Kept us well informed of our locations and attractions, she is knowledgeable. The van is just right, with bottled drizzle access, serviettes and she even prepared some ponchos for us. Yep, it drizilled but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the Pinnacles, as a bonus, there was an end-to-end rainbow! Many times Beck even volunteered to take photos for us. We were provided with boards for sandboarding in Lancelin, plus wax to make it a more memorable/fun.
I do personally prefer a smaller family run tour operator over the bigger players, with bigger buses, more tourists per bus, makes it very crowded and uncomfortable especially when it came for food/wine tasting. We did not feel rushed and lunch was really good too. Explore Tours Perth felt just right!.”

Thank you Sue for a wonderful day exploring Margaret river.
From our coffee stop at the carrot cafe, to the coffee, cheese, chocolate, olive oil products tastings, to canal rocks, mee lip beach, wine tastings and lunch at the Oakman winery, the day was a great way of sampling this beautiful area.
We were blown away with your knowledge of the history of the area, you made it so interesting.

Half Day trip to The Swan Valley
We had a fabulous time. First stop coffee tasting #Yahava, chocolate tasting #Whistlers, nuts & nuggets tasting, honey tasting #the house of honey, Maalinup, wine tasting # Sandalford. Our chief explorer Carola is very knowledgeable, she explains about the past history, culture and the music of Australia. She is happy & cheerful, always ready to help out.

Day tripping with animals
Peter, our guide, was very educational, entertaining and kept us interested during our hectic but fun schedule. We had the opportunity to visit with plenty of Australian animals including photo ops. The visit to Caversham Wildlife Park was very informative but rushed. Our local volunteer and guide was great in trying to keep the group moving in order to make the different shows. She happily took pictures for us and somehow managed to get us to each show on time. Thanks a lot! Watching the sheep being culled and sheared was a new experience for me. I learned a lot but wished the lighting had been set up in a better way focusing on the animals and the stage.
For lunch at Pengo’s I choose a hamburger with fries. It was delicious. Also had time to pick up a few souvenirs. We also had a nice visit to the chocolate and wine tasting place. Personally I couldn’t leave without buying a few items.
The ferry ride to Penguin Island, during their close down, was still interesting and well worth the trip in spite of the occasional drizzle. Since the blue penguins were mating and nesting, we still got an up and personal look at pelicans, seagulls with chicks, also another assortment of birds. After admiring the view from the top of the island, we returned to the ferry for some additional cruising around the small islands locating dolphins, sea lions (all males) and pelicans including an osprey. Our local tour guide was great at sharing information and always willing to answer questions.
Our trip back was fast, and we arrived in Perth before dinner time. Thanks Peter for showing us this wonderful part of Western Australia. I had without doubt a great day with a fun group of people including a great guide.”
